"text": "1. Vérvétel díjazása körüli ellentmondás Február 26-án telefonon egyeztettem a másnapi vérvételről. A telefonos tájékoztatás során 450 Ft-os díjat jelöltek meg a szolgáltatásra. Ezzel szemben a február 27-i helyszíni megjelenésemkor 5600 Ft-ot kellett fizetnem. Kérem szíves tájékoztatásukat, hogy mi indokolta ezt a jelentős árkülönbséget a telefonos ajánlathoz képest, és kérem a különbözet visszatérítését, amennyiben téves kiszámlázás történt.\n2. Angiológiai szakvizsgálat és beutaló kérdése Kórtörténetemben kétszer szerepel mélyvénás trombózis, ezért angiológiai vizsgálatra jelentkeztem. Előzetesen azt a tájékoztatást kaptam, hogy a vizsgálathoz beutaló szükséges. Bár a kért beutalóval érkeztem, a helyszínen közölték, hogy a vizsgálat ennek ellenére is fizetős. Szeretném megtudni, hogy:\n•\tMiért kértek beutalót, ha az nem mentesít a vizsgálati díj megfizetése alól?\n•\tMilyen feltételek mellett vehető igénybe a vizsgálat biztosítási/szerződéses alapon, tekintettel a szakmailag indokolt előzményeimre?\n3. Korábbi panaszkezelés hiánya Február 27-én telefonon már jeleztem a fenti panaszaimat. Akkor ígéretet kaptam arra, hogy visszahallgatják a hangfelvételt és visszahívnak, azonban ez a mai napig nem történt meg.\nKérem a fenti esetek kivizsgálását és írásos válaszukat a panaszomra. Bízom benne, hogy sikerül megnyugtató módon rendezni az anyagi és tájékoztatási kérdéseket.\nVárom mielőbbi válaszukat.",

"text": "Mentem volna ultrahangra, amit a belgyógyász korábban felírt hogy kell. Időpontegyeztetés megtörtént telefonon, ma reggel mentem 8ra. Bejelentkezéskor közli az automata hogy fizessek 32ezer forintot, mert a százötvenezres csomagom nem tartalmazza. Hívtam a callcentert hogy ezt így mégis hogy képzelik, közölték hogy ez az ímélben amit az időpontfoglalás után küldtek (időpontfoglalás során valahogy nem említették hohy fizetős), abban benne volt. Szval én az egyeztetett időpont után még nézegessem az íméljeiket hogy vajon utólag kitalálják-e hogy fizetnem kell valamiért amit már keegyeztettünk. Panaszbenyújtás ment, nyilván. Ja, a honlapjukon nincs ám kint hogy mi tartozik bele a csomagba és mi nem... nettó tisztességtelen piaci gyakorlat...",
